When you need an external resource to conduct an EEO investigation, we will interview the employee with the complaint and all others involved. After investigation, we will provide a report that contains identification of the discriminatory bases (protected class) of the alleged discrimination, responses from the responsible management officials and any additional relevant witnesses.
Throughout the process, we will continually look for possible resolutions. Investigations typically can be completed within a 1 to 2 week time frame, depending on the number of people that need to be interviewed and their availability.
