A Conflict Coach will help staff members improve the way they manage conflict situations, whether they are in the midst of the conflict themselves or they are the staff person in charge of managing other conflicts. An external coach is typically in a better position to help staff see conflict situations more clearly and objectively. We help assess the current situation and help guide staff to win win resolutions for all involved. Coaching can conducted on the telephone, through skype or in person. Coaching sessions and packages are custom designed for the specific clients needs but are typically 1 hour sessions once a week for 4-8 weeks.
